The surveys open into another browser page; if the survey is not visible immediately, you may need to switch over to the new window. If that is not the case, it may be that the software you have installed on your computer is not fully compatible with our own. We recommend that you use one of the latest browers available; they are more secure and will come with all the plug-ins needed to run our surveys. You can download a new browser free by clicking here.
