– The caller is not in the contacts of your phone book or SIM transferred on the SuperTooth Voice. -Update contacts on the SuperTooth Voice (if the contact is already recorded in your phone book or SIM): 1 Make sure that the phone is connected to the kit. In standby mode, press End call / reject call button (red button) for 10 seconds. 2 The kit says: “Loading phone book, please wait”. The phone disconnects automatically at the same time. Note: With some phones, a question can appear on the phone display to allow downloading of the phone book on the SuperTooth Voice. Please accept any enquiry from the phone such as: Connection? / Allow Internet connection, DUN,…? / etc. ). -If automatic update of your contacts is not compatible (Symbian, Windows Mobile phones), send the contact via Bluetooth on the SuperTooth Voice.
