The Summary Skill Sheets in the student Passport are very small how much detail should they have?
They are no longer skill sheets but skill summaries. The expectation is that the issues that used to be covered on skill sheets such as preparation etc will still be a part of the discussion that students have with mentors and therefore should include some evidence. I’d expect the mentor to be asking questions etc. in preparation for observing the student undertaking the skill.
