The “Submit Pre-Application” button is not active in the Final Review and Submit tab. How do I proceed?
Check the status of each tab of the pre-application—Contacts and Eligibility, Application Summary, Collaborators/COI’s and Biosketches. If any of these tabs are labeled “draft,” go directly to that tab, scroll down the screen, and click the “Submit Final” button. This will change the status of the application from “draft” to “Pending Pre-Application Submission.” You will then be able to submit the pre-application.
