If you are using the nordugrid-arc-standalone package, please upgrade to the latest nordugrid-arc-standalone package. If not, it is probably because your site administrator has forgotten to install the NorduGrid certrequest package. Please ask him to do it. The package can be found at: ftp://ftp.nordugrid.org/certificate_authorities/certrequest-config/0.
