The student says they have free pages left, but they are getting a message “insufficient funds.” What is the problem?
This could be one of two things. First, it could be that they have sat down to a computer in the lab that was left logged in by the last person to use it. If this is the case, this individual is using the last person’s free pages and not their own. The Pharos print system operates based on login, not ID card. The other issue could be that the person is not in the Pharos system for some reason (late registration, mistake in the system, etc.). If it is determined that the person logged in to one of the computers in the lab before printing, please have them contact the student supervisor or another member of the ITC staff to check whether they are in the Pharos system.
