For the purpose of this competition, we are asking all our competitors to please consult the CAD file you were instructed to download off our web site for the most accurate dimension we have for the site so far. www.aianc.org/associations/6988/files/AIA%20SITE.dwg www.aianc.org/associations/6988/files/AIA%20SITE.pdf A final map with actual property lines has not been finalized for the site and will be delivered to AIA North Carolina by the land owner during our period of due diligence in the land purchase phase of this project. Our consultants believe that the most reliable site information is contained in the CAD file.
