A. There could be several reasons: check if the SIM card is active (not blocked by the GSM operator). You can use your mobile phone, examine if the PIN on SIM card is disabled. If not then the same value has to be set in PROG > System parameters > PIN field. This code has to be the same on all the SIM cards in VBL, check the GSM signal level. The recommended minimum value is more than -80 dBm. If it is less then change the antenna position, the GSM cell could be overloaded because of heavy traffic. You can try to put the antenna into different position.
