Unfortunately, I’ve not been able to figure out a way around the system that the shopping cart is on. The PayPal cart goes on a percentage scale, and sometimes higher-priced orders get drastically over-charged in shipping. Whenever this happens, I always issue a refund on the excessive shipping charges, usually within 24 hours of the order being placed.
