The “Send by e-mail” feature in Copernic Agent does not operate on my system. How can fix this?
Here are some tips that will help you: • Make sure you indicated the right SMTP server address. Contact your Internet Service provider or your network administrator if you do not have this information. • If you need to authenticate yourself, click the Advanced. button and make sure to type your username and password properly (case sensitive). • If you haven’t tried it already, maybe you need to use a MAPI instead of an SMTP server. Please try this option and send a test e-mail to see if it works.
