The security prompt didnt pop up. Why?
The security prompt may not pop up for a number of reasons… You will generally be asked to give permission to run the Vividas video player software once only or every time (depending on type and version of your browser). If you have selected every time on a security prompt in the past, then the security prompt wont appear on subsequent visits and you will go straight to the launch page.
