The “Search” function in CustomMailer Help appears to require that my Internet connection be working. Why?
Normally CustomMailer Help uses a local copy of the CustomMailer Help file installed on your machine. But the “Search” function in CustomMailer Help uses a special indexed copy of the CustomMailer Help maintained on our web site using a third-party search engine (from “FreeFind”) accessed on-line from their site. Thus, if you use the “Search” function, you Internet connection needs to be open to get at these resources.
