Yes, absolutely! The upload start date listed on the schedule is for when that category will be featured in the dog section and on the homepage. You are more than welcome to upload before the “featured” time period. Each category is featured for two weeks prior to its voting period. Keep in mind that photos must be in by the time listed on the schedule and that the dates and times for the voting are firm.
