The scanner is asking for userid and password. Whats up?
To use the scanner, you first have to log onto it using your ISO userid and password. You can either use the touchscreen and select the userid/password field and use the onscreen keyboard to enter the information, or the base of the scanner pulls out to reveal a standard keyboard which you can use to enter your data.
