A head clearance error means that the height sensors have been activated by either a wrinkle or seam in the garment, or some other obstruction. The printer will not allow you to print, if there is potential for anything to come in contact with the printhead. You will have to press “Load” to return the jig to the Loading position and smooth the wrinkle or seam. You may also need to raise the printer up, by pressing the Up Arrow button to avoid this sensor from activating.
