No, the rules are correct as stated. Aircraft must have ALL wheels off the ground by the 200 foot line, and they must remain off until the landing. Their is no “obstacle” height requirement for this year. • Question: Can the battery pack be changed out or “topped off” between sorties? Answer: No. Only payload may be unloaded and reloaded. Batteries may not be recharged. Batteries may not be charged or topped off while waiting in the starting queue either.
