The RFP says the coordination resources should build on existing coordination resources in the community. What does that mean?
A number of the programs listed in the Crosswalk fund part-time coordinators. The MFLC coordination dollars could, for example, be used to increase the hours of a part-time coordinator working in one of these programs. Alternatively, if there are several coordinators in a community, all of whom are working part-time, the community might choose to jointly hire one .75 FTE or one full-time coordinator.
