The retailer that I purchased my AeroBed from refuses to take it back?
The only place that you can return your AeroBed for a replacement is the retailer from which you purchased your AeroBed from. If you have proof of purchase and the product is within its statutory warranty period then the retailer that you purchased from is legally bound to address your concerns. AeroBed will be happy to provide replacement spare parts, but to arrange a replacement you must contact the retailer that you purchased from.
