If some competency completion rates are less than 50 per cent or higher than 90 per cent, a brief explanation should be included in the space provided in the CCOS as to why that is the case. If the explanation is satisfactory, completion rates outside of the 50-90 per cent range, will not impact on your RTO’s risk rating for 2010. In 2011 Data reported in relation to learner engagement and employer satisfaction will also be considered in conjunction with competency completion data when evaluating an RTO’s data submission.
