Changes were made in this report so that the expense data is now distributed evenly over all of the card plans that your bank offers. This in turn allows banks to be able to view their individual card plan data instead of just the consolidated data. ACE now takes all Certegy expense data and all bank input expense data and adds them together for each field. This total is then divided by the number of plans that your bank offers. Now, depending on how many plans you choose to view in your report, ACE multiplies the number of those plans by the average expense total to get an even allocation of expense per plan. For ex. – If you have 5 plans and have a total of $500 miscellaneous expenses. Your average miscellaneous expense per plan would be $100. If you choose to view 3 plans, your miscellaneous expense for those plans would be $300. Please Note – If you have agent banks, you will need to enter additional (non-Certegy) expense data for each of these banks through their corresponding Ban
