A. It has certainly worked to our advantage. I believe in persisting with young talents and ask them to work on their strengths. If they perform within a given time frame, they continue with their job. Or else, we guide them to find their own areas of strength. It ‘s just like a cricket team, where you need a mix of seniors as well as junior players. Today 65-70 per cent of our team are freshers and they have performed well. Many of them hadn’t faced the camera ever in their life. But today they look so confident in what they are doing. These kids and Subrata Roy’s vision are the secrets of Sahara’s success.
