You should not ignore the reminder messages. At the moment, although you received the reminder, your original e-mail was still sent. At some point to be announced, any e-mails not containing the disclaimer will not be sent, but will be bounced back to the originator. You need to ensure that your outgoing e-mails include the disclaimer before then.
