A. The regulation has been drafted and is currently going through internal reviews by the Department of Finance and the Office of Regulations. These reviews are not under the control of the Drinking Water Program so an exact date of adoption cannot be provided. However, the Departments target date for adoption of the regulation is January 1, 2001.
