The recommended time spend is 2 times per day for about 10 or 15 minutes each. Is it more beneficial to practice 3-4 times per day, or even more than 3-4 times per day?
It is not recommended to practice this technique too much, since it may cause a mental state that may be too far away from the normal awake state that is needed for daily life. In scientific terms, the brain tends to stay too much on the low Alpha waves (around 9 Hertz) rather than on the Beta waves (around 20 Hertz or more) that is needed in daily life. When you are in vacation/holiday, you may practise the technique 3 or even 4 times a day.
