The camera may be using a shooting mode or function that does not support the RAW Image Quality mode. RAW is unavailable when any of the following is true: • The Mode Dial is set to AUTO, SCN or Movie. • DIGITAL ZOOM or FINE ZOOM is set to ON. • The DRIVE mode is set to any option other than Single Frame.
