The Qurb tool bar doesn appear and no mail is being quarantined. Whats wrong?
This happens if Qurb isn’t able to launch within Outlook properly. The most common cause is that another application on your system is already running some components of Outlook in the background. ActiveSync and other handheld software synchronization programs operate in this manner. Outlook may also not have completely shut down (even though it appears to have done so) if its data file (PST file) is very large. For Qurb to launch cleanly with Outlook, Outlook must have been completely been shut down before it is launched. To see if Outlook is running the background, first quit Outlook and then check the Processes tab of the Task Manager. Look for OUTLOOK.EXE. On Windows 2000 and XP, you can get to the Task Manager by right clicking on the Task Bar at the bottom of the screen and selecting Task Manager.
