3) The type and size of wicks used The biggest concern I hear from my customers are from those who’ve previously bought soy candles from other companies. They complain about not being able to smell the candle when it burns, and/or improper wicking in the manufacturing process which causes the wax on the sides not to melt … thus making the candle ugly and wasting wax.
