The PS3 asks me for an encryption key when I set up my wireless internet connection. What is that?
The encryption key is a safety measure on your wireless modem or router, to protect you from having others log onto your wireless network, and use your internet connection. You’ll have to enter your modem’s or router’s configuration menu to find the encryption key (commonly knows as a WEP-key). Check your modem or router manual for how to do this.
