Watch the second half of this video from the Today Show.) On TripAdvisor I’ve seen multiple reviews that were obviously written by the same person about the same hotel stay (even though this isn’t officially allowed). Naturally that totally messes up the hotel’s rankings. I’ve seen more than one review that was a complete fraud: information in the review was so factually inaccurate that I doubted the reviewer had been within miles of the hotel.
