The “preloader” bar completes, but then “sticks” and the Viewlet never plays, why?
This problem is seen only on some earlier versions of ViewletBuilder4. Using the preloader bar in conjunction with ‘fade out effect’ and the ‘wait for slide’ option (instead of ‘wait until all slides are loaded’ option) causes the preloader to stick on playback. There are a few workarounds for this issue. One way is to uncheck fade out effect. Another way is to choose the “wait until all slides are loaded” option instead. Or finally, you may choose to remove the preloader completely. This problem does not occur on ViewletBuilder versions 4.4 or later.
