The Potential SAP and EI ratings on my EPC are the exact same as the actual ratings. Why is there no improvement to the scores despite the wanted improvements I have selected?
The RdSAP specification is a complicated algorithm that rules whether to suggest a recommendation or not based upon the cost of implementation, improvement to the scoring amongst other things. It is also important to note that Further Measure recommendations are not considered in the potential SAP and EI ratings.
