The positions of the green frames (AF area indicators) may look as if they deviate slightly from the position of the black frame that indicates the position in focus on the screen, due to manufacturing accuracy issues. However, this does not affect the auto focus performance in any way. The green frame indicates the sensor area used for focusing, not a precise sensor point or the size of distance measuring area. Shoot subjects using the black frame on the screen as the sensor position to be referred to for auto focusing, as you do in the Finder mode.
