This occurs when one of NBC Direct’s core components fails to load. To fix this, first try refreshing the browser. If that doesn’t work, please restart your computer and launch NBC Direct again. If the problem persists, please try the following: • Close all active web browser windows. • In your Control Panel window, double click “Pando Media Booster” to open the control panel. • Click “Shut Down” to temporarily stop the service. You will be asked to confirm the request. Click “Yes.” • Back in your Control Panel window, double click “Pando Media Booster” once again to restart the service. • Wait a few seconds, then double click “Pando Media Booster” again to open the Pando Media Booster control panel. If it reopens, then Pando Media Booster has been successfully restarted. If it doesn’t reopen, repeat steps 3 – 5. • Once it’s confirmed that Pando Media Booster has been restarted, relaunch NBC Direct.
