The plastic shutters are faded can i paint them?
Sherwin Williams makes a paint that is called Duration…..get it in any color you want and it is multi compatable with wood, masonry, vinyl, plastics etc…..I’ve used it for years…clean the shutters real good..prime them if you want to, but this is not totally neccesary..do lightly sand with 220 grit sandpaper to make a better bond… http://www3.sherwin.com/do_it_yourself/s…
