Some of the common reasons for complaint are noise, brightness of facility and dust odors. ADEQ has no authority to regulate noise or lighting complaints. We may be able to help with odor, however agricultural odors are exempt form regulations administered by the Air Division. We may also be able to help with dust if caused by industrial activity.
