The pharmacy locator provided me with specific pharmacy names and locations. Can I assume if a chain pharmacy name is stated that they are all participating in the program?

If a pharmacy name is identified as participating, then you can assume that the entire chain is also participating. For example, if CVS store #133 was identified when you called the pharmacy locator, all of the CVS stores in the chain are considered to be participating.
