For Windows XP user: You may have accidentally uninstalled Chilibase. Please check this at Start\Control Panel\Add or Remove Programs\. There you will see the Chilibase register, if indeed it is still installed. Or you may have switched off Chilibase in the Add-In Manager, which is located in the Outlook toolbar; select Tools\Options\Other\Advanced Settings. After doing so, the navigation panel will appear again on the bottom left. Another solution is: click on Help in the Outlook toolbar, Disabled Items and activate the Add-In Chilibase here. Possibly you have switched off the person panel in the Chilibase menu please click on Person Panel Position to undo this. For Windows Vista user: Please refer to the own FAQ Vista section.
