The pen for my Smart Globe SG18 is still not connecting, updating or responding?
You will need to uninstall the current Smart Globe program off your computer first then download new version from the following link: http://smartglobe3.oregonscientific.com/updates/auversion.html If the software still will not work and you are still getting errors; then please try switching off any firewalls you may have with antivirus software such as Norton’s antivirus etc. Once downloaded, double click on the Smart Globe Deluxe program on your desktop then connect the pen via the USB cable. The program will automatically prompt you on what you need to do. i.e. register, update and/or format pen.
