The payor pays on his own and I have not received a payment for 3 weeks – what can I do?
A. Ohio’s support system requires monthly administration. This means that a case charges once a month and the payor has until the last business day of the month to make the monthly payment amount. A payor is not late in payment until the month has passed, and the required support amount was not paid.
