The payment per kWh and therm saved is for what period?
Incentive payments #2 and #3 are based on annual electric kWh and natural gas savings, as applicable (not to exceed 50% of total project cost), 80% for buildings that fall into the following five customer classes: hospital, public colleges and universities, select non-profits, affordable multifamily housing, and local governmental entities not receiving direct Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grants.
