A – The Parish Council would be a key partner in the Forum. If anything, the role of the Parish Council would be enhanced, building on existing services, by providing expertise and guidance to the Forum, and delivering fundamental elements of the area action plan. The Forum would ecourage Parish Councils in the Belonging Community to work jointly in partnership on initiatives, and add value and scale to projects.
