Go to Sales module and open Sales Setup. Click Folder 4 and click Modify. Under Packing Slip Title, select one of the forms and Click Save and Exit. It’s usually recommended to make selection of a form according to your printer format when you setup AIS. In case you change the printer, you need to try different forms to see which one works best for the selected printer.
