Customers have the option of selecting either a DVD or a CD for software media. Most PC desktops support the use of DVDs, and DVD is listed as the default format. To determine whether your desktop has a DVD or CD drive, check the drive itself – most drives indicate DVD, CD or DVD/CD (both). If your drive does not indicate DVD, please select CD for the media format.

Customers may choose to receive their software via electronic software delivery or on a DVD. If electronic delivery is requested, the customer will receive an email with further download instructions once their order has been processed.
