The OfficeReady toolbar does not appear to load, what do I do?
1. Click on Help and select About Microsoft Office Word. 2. In the new window, click on Disabled Items and this will open a list of all disabled items 3. Click on the OfficeReady add-in and then select Enable. 4. If you do not see any disabled items, click on OK and please contact us. • I am unable to open OfficeReady Pro even though it is installed on my computer. In order to access your installed copy of OfficeReady Pro 3.0, you must have full Administrative Rights on the machine and can only access the program from the User Account you installed the program. For example: There are two (2) user accounts on the machine and both user account have full Administrative Rights. During installation, you are logged in under User Account #1 and upon completion of the installation you log out of User Account #1, and logon to User Account #2 to access the program. The program will not be accessible in this fashion. Please log back into User Account #1 to gain access to the program • The calcula
