Only normal (legitimate) replies appear in your Campaigner statistical report. Incorrectly formatted unsubscribe requests and emails that are undeliverable as a result of the recipient forwarding them to an address not in your contact database, are counted as normal replies and are sent to you. These emails will be listed as normal replies in the Campaigner report and not counted as unsubscribe requests or as bounced emails. This only produces an apparent discrepancy in the report numbers. Just remember that any unsubscribe requests and bouced mails that you receive are counted as normal replies in the Campaigner reports. They will not be counted under bounced or unsubscribe responses. If you receive unsubscribe requests or bounced emails, it is because they were incorrectly formatted or forwarded to an address not in the contact database. You should not normally receive unsubscribe requests or bounced emails.
