The NRS prompts are too slow. Can they be sped up?
Voice callers are able to jump over prompts if they are experienced with using the NRS. Unfortunately because of the technical limitations of the TTY, people who use the TTY cannot jump over prompts. Since the introduction of NRS customer profiles, the computer system will automatically set up the call in the mode in which you regularly use the service, and that will cut down the call set up time.
