The NHS is the 3rd largest employer in the world, how is overstretched?
It is overstretched because of poor management systems and supervision, have left the NHS serving itself before the people it is supposed to, the patients Go around any hospital for a couple of hours and you will see what I mean. The ones you see are stuck in the system and do not have the clout to get out of it, they are onlyto well aware of what needss to be done and are willing to do it . I think the first stage is for H.MG To set out CLEAR indeed VERY CLEAR statements of what it wants the NHS to do and achieve. Then should get out of the way and let them do it.
