The new system includes speech recognition options; can I still use my phones keypad?
You can use a keypad or speech recognition interchangeably for any FAST option. For example, to protect your privacy in a public place, use your phone’s keypad to log in. Then, say “Stock Quotes” and the company name instead of entering the quote symbol, and jump right to the stock quote menu, saving you time in getting to the information you need.
