Unfortunalty the My Hiker Portable water filters do not work with Salt Water. The extremely high TDS (Total Dissolved Soldis) content and salt would destroy the nano metal clusters membrane and foul the ceramics. Only Reverse Osmois Delsalination plants can filter salt water effectivly.
