Connect the player to the USB port of the computer using the cable supplied with the player. 2. Double click the “My Computer” icon on the computer’s desktop or in the Start menu. 3. Right click on the “Removable Disk” that represents the player in the “My Computer” window. 4. Click “Format…” on the pop-up menu that appears. 5. Set “File System” to “FAT”, not “FAT32”. 6. Click “Start” to complete formatting.
